How to Participate?

1 Read the Sportsman's Challenge Participant Letter. 
2 Read the event Rules.
3 Familiarize yourself with the sample Prospective Contributor Letter.
4 Print and Fill out the following Prospective Contributor Address Form.
5 Mail Prospective Contributor Address Form by March 31, 2010 to:

6 Come Ready for a Great Event!

Sportsman Challenge Participants may take part in any one or all three events.

Each competitor will receive a T-shirt.

Competition prizes, door prizes and participation prizes will be given away.

Bowl-A-Thon

The Bowl-a-thon will serve three purposes: 1) its purpose is to help the camper come to camp without a financial hardship to the family, 2) it will help the camp pay off the present debt, 3) provide fun for all ages.

When? April 24, 2010

Where? Hillcrest Lanes in Norton, VA.

How to Participate?
1 Read Bowl-A-Thon Participation letter.
2 Read sample Bowl-A-Thon Contributor Letter
3 Identify people who might support you in this event, Fill out the Prospective Contributor Address Form, and return to the camp by March 31, 2010.
4 Come ready for fun on the event date.

Participants who bring back their Prospective Contributor Address Form will have their name put into a hat for a door prizes. After the first completed form, each additional form with at least 10 addresses will earn an additional drop in the hat which increases the chances for winning the prize.

The first 10 participants to turn in their Prospective Contributor Address Form will also earn a special prize. 

 Every participant will receive a T-shirt.
